Rudbeckia Cherry Brandy plants are lovely, daisy-like plants that last for years. However, your original plant will only last a few growing seasons because they are self-seeding plants. Once you learn to recognize their seedlings, allow them to develop where they drop. These seedlings will become new plants the following growing season.
Rudbeckia prefers moist, fertile, well-draining soil conditions. Even though these plants are drought resistant, they still thrive best in moisture. These plants also prefer to be in full sunlight for at least 6 hours a day. Similar to Black-Eyed Susan plants, Rudbeckia is pollinator-friendly and deer resistant.
