Despite its name, its dread-like foliage will add beauty to any shelf. As it matures it will start to branch from the tips of the stems as well as the base. Water when the top 2-3cm of soil dries out during Spring and Summer and much less during Autumn and Winter.
Some of the hardiest and most versatile plants around, these epiphytic plants are incredibly forgiving and make a sculptural statement for the novice or collector.
