Cal-Max was developed to provide the additional calcium, magnesium and iron needed to support peak production. Cal-Max can be used to treat problems when they surface and it can also be used as a preventative supplement to your nutrient program to avoid deficiencies such as tip burn in lettuce and blossom end rot in tomatoes.

During periods of peak growth or high temperature, calcium can be a limiting factor. This formula is designed to drive calcium movement to help avert associated plant damage. Even with sufficient calcium in the soil, high temperature and humidity may hinder plants from absorbing enough. Consider using a foliar application at that point to address the issue.
