Both the leaves and fruit are variegated, showcasing a mix of green and yellow patches with deep red/burgundy new growth. The fruit becomes fully yellow when ripe, while the flesh may have a hint of pink. Like regular Eureka lemons, these are thin-skinned, juicy, and acidic.
