How to use it

1. Harvest or remove existing contents down to the MIN line.
2. Pour in one pack of Compost Starter 2.0 with the booster and add 50–60 oz of water.
3. Power on and let the microbes activate for about 18 to 24 hours before adding food waste, then ramp up gradually — no more than 200–300 g a day for the first three days.
4. Screen the finished compost through the sifter and return anything oversize to the machine.

Do not add: bones of any size, large pits such as peach or avocado, hard shells, or excess liquid.

Good to know

The microbes replicate themselves, so there is no replacement schedule. The one routine consumable is the activated carbon filter, replaced every 9–12 months.
