Bucephalandra Dark Velvet

Create contrast against bright green plants with the deep tones of Bucephalandra Dark Velvet. Its elongated leaves feature rippled edges and dark blue-green coloration with a subtle sheen that gives the foliage an almost velvety appearance under certain aquarium lighting.

Use Dark Velvet throughout the midground, tuck it between stones and driftwood, or mix it with brighter Buce varieties to create variation in color and leaf shape. Its narrow, textured foliage is especially useful for adding detail to hardscape without taking up too much visual space.
